Our Children's Ministry, Hope Mountain, comes alive on Sunday mornings, starting at our large group gathering in The Lodge. Our high-energy and multi-sensory, kid-centered style of worship and teaching is followed by intentional age-specific small groups in The Nest (nursery age), The Meadow (preschool age) and The Dock (elementary age). Our children's wing looks more like a mountain summer camp than a traditional church building.
We use a strategic program called Orange that aims to teach three core truths: I can trust God, no matter what. I should treat others the way I want to be treated. I need to make the wise choice. To accomplish this, our church (represented by the color yellow) wants to partner with families (represented by the color red) and create something beautiful in our children (represented by the color orange). Through the critical relationship between the church, familiy, and our children, we believe we can ignite wonder about our creative God, provoke discovery of a personal faith story, and ultimately fuel passion for a life-long commitment of being the church.
Our hope and our vision is Hope Mountain will be a lively place where the three core truths of the Orange Curriculum will be learned, trusted and instilled in our children. This will be critical to the success of our church and growing-up our children in love, faith and knowledge. We are grateful for the ministry God is building-up in our midst and would love for your family to join us on this journey!
